I’ve always been fascinated by portraits that evoke this sense of being watched, that seem to move with you in space. I've always wanted to paint one myself! And there she is: the girl’s gaze doesn’t just follow you—it feels like she’s holding a moment in time, as if she’s about to smile and then disappear, blending into the colorful leaves beyond the frame. It captures the magic of fleeting moments, the kind that vanish just as quickly as they appear.
